Assemblywoman Quirk-Silva sits down with California Budget Chair, Assembly Member Phil Ting to discuss the economic road to recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. With the growing concern of unemployment, issues with EDD, small business, and the ever-changing climate of housing and homelessness in Southern California, the Assembly Members sit down to try to tackle these challenges.
