Orange County Chronic Homelessness Select Committee Hearing

As Chair of the Assembly Select Committee on Orange County Chronic Homelessness, I was honored to host our first hearing at the City of Buena Park - City Hall Council Chambers.

I would like to thank all of the select committee members for attending and contributing questions and insight on the subject of chronic homelessness. Panelists covered the topics of Innovative Strategies to Address Homelessness and how all cities, counties, school districts, and the Federal Government need to plays a role.

As a committee we were able to identify opportunities to strengthen ongoing working relationships between advocates, non-profits, the private sector, and local and state government, to combat Orange County's chronic homeless populations.
