(Sacramento) â One piece of the 2018-2019 State Budget will invest in solutions to Californiaâs homelessness crisis in communities across the state. Assemblywoman Sharon Quirk-Silva (D-Orange County) says some of that funding will be used in Orange County, âI was very happy to secure $5 million to be put towards our Kramer Bridges facility, which is in my district, and this will add almost a hundred for emergency homeless people and wraparound services.â Hereâs more from Assemblywoman Quirk-Silva, in this Assembly Access video.
