Assemblywoman Quirk-Silva Remarks on International Surfing Day

During a break in the debate on the state budget, Assemblywoman Sharon Quirk-Silva (D-Orange County) stood up to speak in favor of House Resolution 47, which declares June 17, 2017 as International Surfing Day in California.
