Assemblywoman Sharon Quirk-Silva Announces 2021-22 Committee Assignments
FULLERTON, CA –Assemblywoman Sharon Quirk-Silva (D – Fullerton) has recently been appointed by Speaker Anthony Rendon (D – Lakewood) to serve as the Chair on the Committee on Arts, Entertainment, Sports, Tourism, and Internet Media for the 2021-22 Legislative Session. Quirk-Silva has also been re-appointed to serve on her previous committees.
“As Chair of the Committee on Arts, Entertainment, Sports, Tourism, and Internet Media I am committed to focusing on California’s post-pandemic future as it takes shape,” said Assemblywoman Quirk-Silva. “Reviving our tourism and travel industry will play a vital role in restarting the economy and empowering the state. I look forward to working with my fellow committee members in addressing these concerns and passing vital legislation that will benefit my constituents and Californians.”
Assemblywoman Quirk-Silva remains a member of the following committees: Communications and Conveyance; Governmental Organization; Housing and Community Development; and Jobs, Economic Development, and the Economy.
