As we enter this holiday season, I want to wish you and your family a Happy Thanksgiving and joyous holidays.
As we take time to gather with friends and family to give thanks, we must also remember those around us who have not been as fortunate. Lending a helping hand to those in need is perhaps one of the best ways to show appreciation for our blessings.
By partnering with local organizations throughout the 65th Assembly District, we have been able to help provide hundreds of turkeys to families this Thanksgiving.
P.S. Donât forget to give yourself the gift of health insurance through Covered California. Open enrollment for 2018 coverage began Nov. 1, 2017 and continues until Jan. 31, 2018. Visit http://www.coveredca.com to register online!
